This is a half day expert workshop for Business Leaders, HR Professionals, Training & Development Specialists, Project Managers, and Directors, featuring a complete training module as used in training programs.

During the workshop, the leadership simulation Team in Action will be played live, as it is used e.g. in the leadership development program at Credit Suisse, the Talent Development Programm at Ascom, and in the MBA Program at University of St. Gall (HSG).

For three hours you will run a simulated (no computers) company, executing daily business as well as designing processes, strategy, and structure. As in real live, you will compete for customers against other companies. After the debriefing of the workshop you are invited to be our guest for a glass of wine.

During the simulation you will

• define goals and strive to achieve them
• master conflict and tension within the team
• focus the efforts of all roles and team members on the collective goals and targets
• optimize performance through innovation and customer orientation

With 'Team in Action' you can experience in a few hours how good leadership and communication can foster co-operation, improve quality of service, and build the foundation of economic success by focusing on the right performance drivers. The management game makes team dynamics tangible. The experience helps you to sensibilize employees, teams, and management to critical success factors.
