We all are parts of several cultures, some of which define us more and some of which influence us less. Katja Rieger, Director Operations Swiss Re, discussed at the 120minutenBUSINESSWOMEN workshop the phenomena "multiculture". She wants us to become aware how this topic affects us in our thinking and in our interactions. And she wants to talk about how we can potentially improve our multicultural interactions by giving it a bit of thought.
